Your access to and use of this website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.


By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access this website.


Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation.

Any and all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in the particular product listing.

All photographs on all listings are stock images, so by purchasing any given lens model, you may or may not receive the exact lens pictured. The condition and appearance of the lens may vary and is in no way exactly determined by the listing photographs.

If you are concerned about the condition of any particular lens which is in stock, it is your responsibility to inquire directly through our contact form before purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund at any time.

Product

All lenses are manual focus. They do not possess a variable aperture unless otherwise noted, or a variable aperture is ordered by the Customer and installed. Since The Boutique Lens sells many copies of each lens, the condition of each lens may vary and no condition is guaranteed. If the Customer wishes to see the condition of the exact item being ordered, the Customer must email The Boutique Lens with an inquiry prior to purchase.

Refunds and Warranties

Due to the custom nature of these products, no returns or refunds are accepted. No warranty is issued at any time unless otherwise stated. If a refund is granted such as in the case of a cancelled adaptation when a lens is provided and it prior to the lens being shipped to The Boutique Lens, then a 5% convenience charge will be deducted from the total fee.

Handling and Delivery of Purchases

All purchases will be completed in a reasonable and timely manner based on The Boutique Lenses process which allows for proper machining, building, acquiring of parts, etc. No order delivery dates are binding and all dates communicated with buyers will be estimates based on the information available to The Boutique Lens at the time of Purchase.

It is not uncommon for a single lens to require up to three months to custom mount and complete.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
